The staff was courteous, the place was cozy and clean. I liked the laundry option on the floor. The Lawson store was very convenient on the entrance floor. The hotel's location near train stations was excellent. I didn't like the transparent windows for the bathroom nor the transparent door to the bathroom. The room was really small for two people. It was a good experience, although not the most comfortable in terms of the size of the room and its design.

Be careful not to book a smoking room here, I wasn't paying attention when I booked mine and the smell on the smoking floor and in the room was unbearable. The staff was helpful and moved me to a non-smoking room when one became available. I recommend skipping the breakfast here. The service was slow (not buffet style) and the food was unremarkable with limited options.

Good location about 5 min from Shinbashi stn. and the convenient store, Lawson is just connect to the hotel. It’s a big plus for sure ! The room is a bit tiny but it has everything & clean. We liked to pick amenity stuffs at lobby:)
