The property was clean and the staff are very friendly and excellent. We got checked out in less than a minute. The property is less than a block from the train station(like 3 minutes walk). The area around is very quiet and convenient with little stores but not a whole lot of dining option around. The hotel room is a little small for 3 full beds (we expect it in Japan :)) the room was cleaned every day and the cleaners were very nice and polite. The only negative was the rock hard pillows they have, otherwise everything else was great! I will recommend the place to anyone who wants to visit Tokyo.👍

Stayed here for two nights and then checked out. Had some trouble with the flight home and came right back for another night. Great value for proximity to Haneda airport, Omorikaigan station is right across the street and Shinagawa Aquarium is a 10 min walk. Will stay again.

Booked this hotel to be closer to Haneda Airport for when my family and I had to fly back home. Hotel is very limited in space and not in the best conditions. Room had a funky smell to it and not to mention we got a non smoking room however the entire floor smelled like cigarette. On the reservation I specified 2 Adults and 2 children and it gave me a room with 3 single beds. When I asked the staff about it they mentioned that is all they had and that was the largest room. Wouldn’t stay here again.
