This hotel was a great experience for a first time visitor to Japan. It was very convenient that the staff are English speaking and are very welcoming. Eateries and stores are very close by. Everything is about a 5-10 minute walking distance. Even the JR Station! I would definitely go back and stay with them again.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this property. very convenient and easy to find. Right on the corner of a huge intersection so I could always find my way back which can sometime be hard in shinjuku. Friendly staff and easy check in and out. Surprisingly quite inside. I never ran into someone on my floor or elevator. room was spaciou, clean and had more amenities than i was expecting! tv with netflix capabilities, mini fridge, safe, private bathroom, laundry and vending machine on my floor. really happy i stayed here.

Location of this Hotel is spot on! On a quieter side of Shinjuku. One disadvantage is that there is no lift to ground floor and 2nd floor lobby is only accessible by escalator. Check-in was a little bottled neck hence staff is overwhelmed with guests. Didn't know that plug adaptors are on free loan till a day later!
