The stay started out good but turned bad quickly. Check in was easy and we immediately wanted to use the sauna & hot tub. Sauna did not work at all, no light inside and didn’t heat. We asked for more towels as they only provide two small towels per person, was told nothing was available until the morning. Bathroom plug kept turning off power to living area, called front desk girl came down pushed the buttons on the plug, power came back on but we continued to have issues the rest of the trip. Bed springs were coming out of the mattress so it was squeaking this a bad night sleep both nights.. Next morning we asked again we’re told not available, then asked two more times desk clerk & housekeeping were unwilling to help us. Finally we went down to housekeeping took towels that were on the cart, later desk clerk asked if we got any we told him we got tired of waiting and took our own! We then ventured to breakfast, very little variety, coffee was empty and roaches climbing the walls! Gave breakfast another shot the next morning, dirty floors, tables, counters and food was not replenished uou could see it was the days before. When we checked out fri t desk didn’t even acknowledged us , until I said I was checking out, didn’t bother to ask how our stay was. Needless to say it was a horrible experience so DO NOT stay at this hotel!!

The check in went smooth however after returning to rooms after a show we noticed it was invested with roaches! I have pics and video and demanded a refund! We checked out at 1:11am and drove an hour back home. Disturbing. Was told to contact Amit for the refund. Called this morning and he is not in.:( I WILL be calling back till I get my money back. So disturbing.

My kids and I had a horrible experience. Shortly after checking in I laid down for a nap. Woke up roughly an hour later to my back hurting and itching. I had one of my children look at it for me, to find out I had been bitten like 7 times from bed bugs. I caught one of the bugs in a cup and took it to the front desk. The lady apologized, told me the manager wasn't in, and took me to a different room. We both looked to see if that room had any. Neither of us seen any so I went and got my kids. As soon as my son flipped his pillow over, low and behold there was a HUGE bed bug on it. So I turned around and went back to the front desk to notify them. So she gave us a room on the second floor this time. Once we were in that room I notified the company I used to book the room. They called the manager in the morning and he said there wasn't anything they were going to do to compensate us for the inconvenience because we were still using the room they put us in last. Mind you I didn't have enough money to go anywhere else. As we were in the third room we noticed roaches scurrying around. We only saw literally like 4 total but we DID see some. All in all by the time we left I have like 13 bed bugs bites on my body. Thankfully and surprisingly I'm the only one that got bit. Needles to say we DEFINITELY won't be going back. It just bursts my bubble that they wouldn't compensate in any way for the issues. Had we had somewhere else we could've went we most certainly would've.

Room was clean. Happy to see no carpeting, but wood-look vinyl. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioning unit was really loud. Electrical outlets need updating--plugs fell out of outlets easily. Even with updated sink, faucet in bathroom; it still was depressing with a dirty-looking nonslip pad in tub and a torn shower curtain. There was one tiny soap bar--nothing for shower. Sloppy painting with a very ugly blue and wall touch ups were bad. We won't be staying here again.

The room was nice, tidy. Only complaint is the shower curtain was a bit musty/mildewy smelling. Breakfast was basic, nothing exceptional. Plenty of places within minutes if you want to dine out.
