Located less than 1 mile from the University of Toledo, Costco, Whole Foods, Fresh Market and only 2 miles from Toledo Hospital. Within walking distance from local food & coffee from Starbucks, SIP Coffee, Chipotle, Five Guys, Calvino's, Fusion Bistro and more!

The space
Enjoy hotel-room-style features in this beautiful home w/ an attached garage and fenced in yard.
We have a beautiful patio with lights, patio seating for 8, cornhole, an indoor foosball table and a smart TV.
Fully functional kitchen w/ everything you need for a long-term stay (and we have nice stuff, not flimsy, cheap things that will break when you use them!)
Along with all the mixing bowls, glass tupperware, bakeware, utensils, pots and pans, the kitchen also includes a stove, fridge, dishwasher, Keurig coffee bar, full dish set and glassware (tall glasses, short glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, shot glasses and a cocktail shaker) along with a Brita pitcher.
Breezeway connecting house and garage is outfitted with a couch and foosball table which adds additional living space.
Finished basement with plenty of space for activities :)
