The hotel well maintained and clean. I have stayed here before. My review is based on being locked out of the hotel at night until 6am that they ope . I did my check in dripped my bags and left. When I came back, the gate was closed. I called several times no answer. Stood there for 20minues waiting for the guy or person who is supposed to be there over night to allow guest in and the person never arrived. I stayed in my car until 6am that the gate opened again. As mentioned, I had stayed there once before and was told there is always a person available overnight to allow guest in. This was not the case this time. Walls are thin, and got a room mear the stairs and next to a room where kids were staying. Music was playing, and people talking at night. The rooms in the outer part are best, as there is barely any noice. During this stay, I was given a room in the “main” building and was not the best due to what was previously mentioned.

Disappointing, not enough value for the price
We were expecting something better for the price paid. The water on the shower was mostly cold, we had to be closing and opening the faucet every 2 minutes to get the water warm again. The mattresses were not very comfortable. We noticed several places around the swimming pool area that need maintenance, like a ping pong table and the edges of the pool that need cleaning. The music while in the pool area was terrible and noisy. Only good things are the location (which is very close to the water park) and the rooms which are reasonably clean.

Beautiful hotel with heated pool
Beautiful garden with pleasant pool. Our bungalow was spacious and nicely decorated It was a better idea to place the bungalows near the swimmingpool with a small terrace. Better locate the restaurant aside, for instance at the location with tabletennis. Thanks!

lugar tranquilo y limpio
las instalaciones limpias y cómodas, la pasamos muy bien, la piscina templada y la disfrutamos mucho. solo vivimos un pequeño incidente en el restaurante, ya que al querer desayunar, y estando vacío prácticamente, se nos impidió sentarnos donde deseamos y nos pidieron sentarnos cerca de la puerta, por lo que tuvimos que retirarnos y no pudimos hacer uso del restaurante, tuvimos que comer fuera los 2 días de estancia. sin embargo recomiendo este hotel muy limpio y agradable.
