The Space:
The space is newly built with a modern and clean style in details and finishes. It is truly a luxury country house as it has an excellent jacuzzi and is fully equipped for your stay. The architectural style invites you to enjoy surrounded by modernity that perfectly contrasts with the family and natural environment offered by San Simon. We are sure you will love it.

Guest Access:
Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire property, including the deck where the jacuzzi is located, and the spacious backyard. As an extra, they have access to the public paddle tennis court of San Simon for a fee of 200 pesos per hour, and we can put them in touch with a tour company!

San Simon el Alto is a new neighborhood in Valle de Bravo, located 7 minutes by car from the Rancho Avándaro Golf Club. It is one of the new hotspots in Valle where a community is forming to enjoy gastronomy, outdoor nature, and a comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere for a long stay or a weekend getaway. San Simon el Alto is an area gaining popularity among city dwellers, offering a completely natural environment in the vicinity of the forest. It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Valle de Bravo and completely disconnect from the routine and chaos of the city. We highly recommend arriving by car, but once in San Simon, any activity or place can be visited on foot. The house is a 5-minute walk from Panadería San Simon.
