fue una situación particular por que pague un hospedaje y al llegar no había disponibilidad, la gerente en turno una señora de cabello rubio hizo todo lo posible para mejorar la experiencia y darnos un mejor cuarto al cual aceptamos e inculco hicieron la oferta de pagarnos una cena pero no la tomamos. La gente de recepción que al perecer son trabajadores y no de la familia son algo groseros. al final cuando salía me pudieron pagar lo que se me hizo muy extraño ya que pague en linea pero me dijeron que era pago en el hotel y lo soclitiraon al salir y no al llegar , en fin intentare revisar eso pero la comunicación no fue la mejor.

Nos gusto la tranquilidad del Hotel, el desayuno, las albercas. No lo que no nos gusto, es que no hay ventilador, o mosquiteros para abrir las ventanas en la noche y no se acumule el calor

Tiene instalaciones viejas y algo descuidadas. El reglamento dice que después de las 10 no hacer ruido, pero nos tocó un grupo de bikers que estuvo hasta las 2:30am haciendo ruido y tomando en la alberca. La administración no les dijo nada.

Es una propiedad al más puro estilo de los años 60 - 70. Te hace recordar cuando las familias de clase media ibamos a acapulco, veracruz, mérida, etc. aquellos años en los que era difícil acceder a cadenas hoteleras de corte internacional. La propiedad es muy limpia y cuenta con un servicio de desayuno incluído bastante razonable: (fruta, pan duce, café o chocomilk, el plato fuerte puede ser el platillo Belisana. el cual ofrece cecina asada, una quesadilla, rajas cocinadas y papas cocidas (muy sabroso todo) con tortillas y pan. Las habitaciones de decoración modesta (insisto tipo años 60-70) pero muy limpias, sus baños igualmente limpios e instalaciones en buen estado. Lo mejor el área de la alberca, con mesas y sillas con sombrillas, una piscina de muy buen tamaño y temperatura adecuada. Hay un bar (no utilizado) en la cabecera de la alberca con una escultura estilo romana, los cuales yo recomendaría quitar o modificar ya que son de mal gusto y el área podría mejorar visualmente de manera importante. Yo reserve este hotel porque no había uno mejor con la relación costo beneficio que yo esperaba, pero después de haber estado hospedado en él, la verdad si regresaría. Estuvimos muy cómodos y contentos.

En general todo me pareció muy bueno, solo algunos detalles a la hora del desayuno que nos dejaron esperando mientras otros se pasaban sin formarse, pero al final lo solucionarón y el desayuno estuvo muy rico.

Al llegar y hacer check in, me informaron que la alberca estaba en mantenimiento, por lo que no estaría disponible... A eso específicamente iba, tuve que buscar en el momento otro hotel. Deberían avisar con anticipación.

Well located, close to the famous Spa and water park but the big swimming pool had no water, the building and furniture are decrepit, plus there' so much noise on the street at night it's impossible to go to sleep early.
