So disappointing that I'm glad we COULDn't stay
1. They lost our reservation. ( we saw that they were all handwritten in a notebook.) 2. We arrive in evening, with a toddler, after 3.5 hours driving without dinner on a busy race weekend which meant ALL area hotels were booked.. And they were not apologetic for their mistake in ANY way. 3. They did not offer to compensate us financially. They called a few hotels and started off each conversation with "Waygookin" need a room. 4. They finally put us in a HOSTEL when we said we will take anything, we just need to get our kid fed and to sleep. 5. The HOSTEL was significantly cheaper and much farther away from our venue. However, they did not compensate for the difference OR the early morning taxi ride to the race venue...20 minutes away. 6. The hotel does not look nearly as nice in person as it does in pix. 7. Another customer come to front desk while we were waiting in lobby to complain that his room had no hot water. They told him they were having issues and couldn't fix it. Also didn't apologize to him. He was Korean.

1. 밤에 화장실에서 노래방 소음이 들림. 2. 화장실 내부 타일이 파손되어 있음. 3. 화장실 비누를 계속 (공중 화장실 처럼) 재활용하여 쓰고 있음. 4. 화장실 치약을 계속 재활용(다른 사람이 쓰던 거)하여 쓰고 있음. 5. 실내 냉장고 크기가 초소형으로 라면 상자 크기만 함 (지금까지 콘도 가본중에 제일 작음) 6. 주방 수세미를 재활용하고 오래 되어서 불결함. 7. 식탁이 작고 의자(소형 나무의자 2개 뿐 - 앉아 있으면 벌서는 기분)도 작아서 매우 불편함 - 구식 나무 밥상(앉아서 먹는)이 있으나 매우 이상함 - 간이 합판으로 만든 밥상(?) 지금 이런 밥상으로 밥먹는 집 없음. 8. 내부 시설이 전반적으로 낡고 오래 되어서 불편함. 9. 실내 쇼파. 의자도 없어서 침대에 앉아 있거나 누워 있어야 함. 10. 위와 같이 매우 빈약한 시설임에도 가격이 매우 비쌈. 11. 예약시 광고 사진에는 해안가 콘도 호텔 주변에 건물이 없고 호텔 건물 단독으로 표현되어 있어서 매우 쾌적하고 깨끗한 홍보그림으로 되어 있었으나 실제는 전후좌우에 숙박업소, 유흥시설로 둘러 싸여 있고 주변이 깨끗하지 않음 - 매우 실망스럽고 좌절한 항목임.

만족합니다.
가족여행으로 가격대비 후기가 좋아서 예약했는데 잘 머물다 갑니다. 냉장고나 식기들이 사용감은 있었지만 전반적으로 청결하고, 바다뷰가 좋았습니다. 관광지나 시장가 가까워서 편했구요, 다음에도 가족여행으로 통영을 오게된다면 방문할것같습니다.

큰기대없이 모바일로 우연하게 검색해서 예약하고 숙박하게 되었는데 숙소도착해서 주차부터 시작해 24시 편의점이용 깨끗한 침구와주방도구등 모든게 아주 만족스러웠습니다 다음에도 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶네요

이용하시기 무난했어요.
온돌방 19평을 예약했는데 대체로 무난한편이었어요. 난방은 중앙집중식이더라구요... 오후4시에 입실했을땐 바닥이 조금 차가운 느낌이었어요. 저녁엔 차츰 온도가 따뜻해지더니... 밤엔 더워서 이불을 걷어차고 잘 정도였어요.

청소 좀 신경써주세요.
숙소 옷장에 사용했던 수건이 남아있었습니다. 사용한 수건을 굳이 옷장에 숨겨놓은 이전 방문자의 인성도 문제지만 호텔의 청결지수도 약간은 아쉽습니다.

바다풍경이 보여서 여행 온 느낌이 물씬 풍겼습니다. 케이블카와 중앙시장 및 여객선터미널이 가까워 시간 절약하며 여행 잘 했네요. 하지만 카운터 서비스에 질이 호텔이름에 적절하지는 않았다고 생각합니다. 힘들겠지만 항시 착용해야할 마스크를 하지 않은 모습을 너무 자주 보았어요...
