Perfect for a family stay
We stayed over Christmas break and Halley and the whole staff were welcoming and made our stay great. The rooms were clean and breakfast was warm and fresh every morning. We will definitely stay again!

Going downhill?
None of the outlets worked on either side of the bed, so I could not charge my phone. I requested a 1st floor room 6 weeks in advance but they changed it to 2nd floor at the last minute. They had crossed the original number out on my key envelope to a 2nd floor one. I arrived at 4pm, so I wasn’t late for checking in. Staircases had spilled dogfood on them. I be been coming here for about 4 years, it’s definitely going downhill a bit. Except all the staff are really friendly still!

Poor condo
The key to the room did not work after multiple attempts to fix it by the front desk. We had to be walked to the room each time to get in and out. The room cleanliness was poor and there was also so mold on the caulking in the bathroom. The outside patio furniture was dirty, smelled like cigarettes and had burn marks all over it.
