This hotel offered a very unique experience, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The atmosphere is amazing and picturisque. The flora lounge offers amazing cocktails and the food in 1 kitchen is fantastic. The staff were exteremly welcoming and hospitable as well.

Very disappointed that they would not allow for delayed check out, when there is major construction and noise right across the street. We were woken up every morning by 8:00am to the sounds of sledge hammers and drills

Property manager was excellent. Restaurant lobby is unique and stunning. Meals were great. Location to restaurants perfect. Rooms were clean but a tiny bit of wear and tear noticeable around shower and inner bathroom door was stuck despite an engineer fixing

Other than the parking situation at this location, I would say everything was spot on. Cleanliness, quality of everything, and customer service. The hotel smells like a spa and feels like you left the country and arrived in Greece. I love the theme.
