Great Customer Service by the gentleman at the Front Desk! His recommendation for dinner was magnificent: I had dinner at the hotel restaurant: Agnolotti with Cheese and Spinach: One of the MOST DELICIOUS dishes I have ever eaten, especially the sauce!!! The airport shuttle driver was very nice as well! Could not have been happier with my option: Will stay there once I go back!!!

I asked for hangers... One person said they have them... When we went to get them another person said they don't have them... Where is the Customer Service? Jasmine front desk... (more training is needed in the Customer Service area) The next morning Armeet provided us with extra hangers... Hmmm... Thank you Armeet for your attention to customer service. Overall the hotel needs improvement...

Overall the Property was neat and clean and connectivity to downtown and nearby places like Square One mall was excellent as it was near to a couple of express routes and normal mi way transits. The airport shuttle was also an excellent option for travellers.

Property breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and well maintained. What you would want from a basic hotel. The front desk staff at check in was very rude and smelled horribly of odour. The front desk staff in the morning was the exact opposite friendly, personable and well groomed.
