The property was okay, just a little dated if anything! Not a Hilton or anything luxery, but the staff were great and our room was neat & tidy and a great deal for the price. I'll definitely be coming back next time I have to stay overnight in Toronto :)

Absolutely fine. Little quirks of old buildings and tired rooms. Very helpful staff. Price was high but we booked days in advance. Parking was great and easy. We have a full size dodge ram and we found a spot or two to cram into. Clearance fine. We booked two beds. They said the room had a couch bed but they didnt make the second bed. No linens. Too tired to ask... still a good stay. Location is close to many things and easy to get where you need to go.

We flew in and droppped baggage at noon. Were told we would get a call when room was ready and that didn’t happen. Otherwise, bed was comfy and very roomy and central location was convenient.

Rooms were very nice. Hotel is safe at night. They are currently working on the garage area, but there is plenty of parking. Not sure why the restaurant wasn't open while we stayed there. Eaton Centre just a block away.

The location was easy walking to get around the city. Dining options are limited near the hotel and the hotel does not have dining on property. Perhaps the hotel could provide dining options upon checkin.
