Great staff, very noisy unfortunately.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us an early check in at no extra cost and the children’s pool and slide was a huge hit, however the noise from the street was overwhelming, we were on the 10th floor, the balcony doors do not block out any sound, also we could hear the man in the next room coughing. I’d say get as high up as you can and perhaps avoid with young children who are light sleepers.

Read the fine print before booking.
I found that the hotel...nickel and dimed us sith extra charges...such as simple things as coffee and the hotel prices as in the restaurants were triple than elsewhere..anyway im not going to go on..other than that our stay was ok...but we did pay extra for upgrade etc ..for this.
