The Front desk service is very very bad, especially the Old one, I forgot what’s his name, when you asked for send something too your room , he said he will send someone to drop off for you but he didn’t do it at all, also the bigger room is connected to another bathroom only separate with two closing doors, it’s very annoying because you could hear people talking behind the doors ,ver annoying , I had to request to change another smaller individual room, but you will still hear the airplanes flying overhead. Not a good place for stay.

I didn't like the staff as they were rude to me when I arrived at the hotel and the cleaner came into room for cleaning in my absence even after confronting her to not enter in my absence. The manager on the floor informed then to add dnd if I dont want the cleaner to enter into the room.

I like the proximity to the airport with reasonable pricing. I did not like the food service/restaurants. No attention to detail, didn't bring what was ordered in the way described on the menu. Eggs Benny supposed to be served on an English muffin came on top of a piece of toast. The other breakfast had a choice of brioche French toast or pancake. I got fried potato bits and when I was almost finished, one piece of wheat toast was placed on the table.
