The hotel has a great location. You can walk to many attractions and is nearby many restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. They do charge for parking 45cad a day but most hotels nearby do.

Loved that the hotel is situated near Nathan Phillip Square and is a short walk to Eaton’s Centre. We had a short Uber drive to the Distillery District. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and our choice of a burger was excellent. So delicious. The hotel was quiet and the amenities in the room were great.

There was a long line when we arrived, but three staff members jumped in to help people check-in. They handed out cookies, and ran out! So we were offered some when the next batch was finished. We visited the weekend before Christmas, and they were letting children pick toys from a box. My 5 year old was so happy! The place was decorated beautifully, too. Our room was comfy, the floor was quiet. We had one small issue that our key card did not work when we got to the room, but they rushed up to our floor and fixed it quickly. I think I will stay with Doubletree exclusively from now on. What a delightful experience!
