Small parking area available if you get in early. Room was a bit grubby and could do with a clean. Great location for the Centre and public transport if you don't fancy the short walk in. We got a bit of a frosty reception as we turned up early

Basic facilities. TV did not work, coffee maker was dirty (and no coffee provided), maintenance and cleanliness could be improved. On the other hand, Check-in and check-out were efficient and the staff were very helpful. Great location but not much beyond it.

Not luxurious but worth the price and recommended. The room had all the essentials, including a kitchenette with dishes and utensils. There were dining and convenient stores within walking distance. Parking must be paid for but the staff helps with it.

Pros: location Cons: cleanliness, equipment. It’s a fine spot if you don’t plan to be there except to sleep and shower. It’s cheaper, so don’t expect the best. But, I’d likely stay again. I value location over everything else.

Avoid unless desperate!
Overall, avoid this hotel unless you are too broke to stay anywhere else! 1. Positives ; room was very clean with iron and board, and refrigerator. Only 1/2 mile from Augusta Ave with a bunch of good restaurants. 2. Negatives: - Very difficult to find, even with GPS! We got to the right area, then wandered around looking for the entrance. No large sign anywhere. Eventually found a small paper side on the side of a building pointing the way in. It was almost like they didn’t want us to find the place! - poor checkin: no one there and no one answered the number posted on the door. - door room Electronic lock was broken when we arrived but was repaired before we left. - Feeble and very noisy A/C barely kept the room slightly cooled. - Shower door off rails, no reading lights, 1 of 3 lights in bathroom did not work; property poorly maintained,

This is not an Inn. It is a glorified, overpriced hostel. The rooms were clean the staff very friendly but the building was in disarray and in an area not safe for female travellers. Paid around $200 per room not worth the cost.

Reading all the reviews, I didn't have particularly high hopes for this place; it was only meant to be a place to sleep, though. I was very pleasantly surprised though. The office has no signage, but the address was right outaide the entrance so it wasn't hard to locate. The room was clean though i did find fingerprints on the wall and a used shampoo packet between the shower doors (an easy miss, though). On a whole, though, it was clean. Bathroom is small and the only sink was tucked into a little knock next to it and across from the kitchenette. Room was air conditioned but had no thermostat to adjust temps (I prefer a colder room to sleep in). Standard toiletries and towels provided but no wash clothes (not a huge issue, either, for me; just found it odd). Located on Dundas, so transit was easily accessible (2 blocks from 2 different ttc streetcar lines/stops), which made travel to and from venues and union a breeze. Office was staffed and open any time i needed to go there. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Clean but just not hotel clean
Stay was fine.. rooms were nice but could be cleaned better. This place has the potential to be really nice. One day if they spent one day, giving this place a good cleaning. It was little things that made the place look bad, finger prints all over the windows and mirrors, 5 min with a leaf blower would turn the "court yard" into something actually pretty nice, the stairs up to our rooms hadn't been cleaned in years no need for bloody bandaids. The room its self was clean enough, bathroom was clean so that was nice to see. I would recommend this place for sure for the price is was good enough.

This was a great location for us. We had some concerns due to prior reviews but many of those were addressed and they seem to be working to improve the property. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
