Worst condition ever
This is the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I checked in and after viewing the room with duct tape on the seams of the window, ripped window coverings, drywall dust on the floor and bathroom fixture that were falling off the wall, I asked to move to a room that was not in disrepair. The man at the desk showed me another room with water damage in the ceiling, walls and bathroom and mould along the creases of the walls. And then a third room which he left me to wait for him on another floor and took 20 min to come back for which had carpet peeling away, and fewer water damage. Having no confidence the rooms would not get better, I stayed here and while the bed was actually comfortable, there was mould in the bathroom and I met two earwigs in the morning. Don't stay here. I don't know how they can even be open.

The room I was initially given was terrible, smelling like cigarettes, and it was dirty with broken lamps and tissue in the toilet. After trying to get help from the reception, who were unresponsive and unhelpful, I eventually got another room around 2:00 a.m., which was a single bed instead of the king suite I had booked. Too exhausted to argue, I stayed the night and checked out in the morning, but was still charged for two nights. Expedia's customer service was no help, and I advise avoiding them altogether.

The state was OK however they decided they wanted a $200 deposit on top of the money that they asked for the room. It’s been four days and they still have not refunded my deposit to me. I probably would not stay there again.

I did not get a chance to stay ..I specifically requested pet friendly hotels .. this one popped up on your site ..when I got there.. they said no pets… I’m beyond upset .. I had to book another hotel and I am out $160.. so not right… so in the end no one used the room …. Would like a response ..

I was disappointed when we got there and realized that we didnt get to use the pool at all because they had the pool drained to fix it. So just a heads up next time while your doing something like that you should let your guests know ahead of time. Other than that the stay was nice.
