I like that it was very easy to communicate with staff and request extra complimentary amenities through the room tablet as well as order in-room dining easily without having to call on the phone. There were times when order notes were missed and meals came without certain items or a side dish was missing, so that wasn't ideal. But overall, the staff was very nice and accommodating and the hotel room and view were very nice.
