I lived in the neighborhood over 20 years ago. Often passing the property. It had a different feel back then. Thud was this the first time I entered the building. I’m glad I waited. Enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel in an independent / quirky area of Toronto. Good rooms and amenities. Downside is it’s a little further out of the city proper from the tourist attractions, with Toronto Streetcars taking a while to reach the hotel.

The hotel is located in a renovated older building. Rooms are modern and the whole atmosphere is excellent. Every floor has unique features. We will gladly come back to this place.

Great location, great staff, great experience!
A really cool hotel with gorgeous common spaces. The room was comfortable, clean, and stylish. The hotel is directly off of a public transport spot and in a great location to walk to many great shops, restaurants, or parks. Will def stay again! Staff was super friendly and helpful!

I couldn’t understand why getting waters in your room was so difficult so make sure you bring bottled water! Sorry there’s no fridge. It was also confusing why there was no travel suitcase holder when there was more than enough room to set one up. Had to just put it on the floor. The bed was fine, not the comfiest but it was clean. I didn’t love that the sink was out in the room and not in the bathroom and didn’t know that about myself until this trip. The staff was nice. No issues there. Area was fine. I guess I thought it was supposed to be more of the shopping area but that was probably my mistake.
