Check-in was terrible. Horrible customer service and felt no welcome feeling. I understand that the hotel was very busy but still it is Hilton. The young lady at the front desk should learn what the hospitality is. Overall the room and facility is average. Do I come back? I will choose Marriott near in the same street. Much better service at the front desk.
