Late check-in (4pm) is inconvenient and they charge you another $30 if you want to check-in "early", eg 3pm. Zero flexibility on this, impossible to talk to anyone and nowhere to leave your bags. Room was fine but no frills. Location good - easy for station, CN Tower and waterfront area.

Very nice place, great location perfect during TIFF, everything was within walking distance, safe lively atmosphere but not loud. Check-in was easy but only got one key. 8th floor room was nice and clean, great view of the streets and CN tower, can even see a bit of the lake. Only problem was the microwave (didn't work) and there was no place to put the shampoo and soap inside the shower stall. But overall was a great overnight stay.

Check in was amazing! The gentlemen was VERY helpful during the process and to help us pay for parking an alternate way as our phones stopped working once we got into Canada. Now later we had an issue and was trying to get the attention of different staff members as check in! They totally ignored us and talked smack about the employees and company in front of us! Oh they never stopped talking to the point my husband and I just walked off because clearly they had better things to do and talk about than help their guest. Other than that stay was ok and would probably stay again.

Excellent location, roof top swimming pool..next to the prime attraction in Toronto. We had a good time. Few things I’m not happy there was property charges apart from the charges that showed in Expedia. Then late checkout will be on extra charges. Which almost cost me as much as hotel room.300 .
