An excellent inn for the price. Easily exceeded my expectations. I was there for an event at the Pan-Am Centre, which was only a 7 minute drive. While not a particularly walkable location, it was easy to get around from the hotel. Staff, especially Jenna & the restaurant/bar staff, were very friendly.

We checked out Room 425 on Sunday Jan 12, my friend left her slightly used Chenal SUBLIMAGE MASQUE behind and didn't notice until last night. We went back to check with hotel front desk this morning but was told the house keeper threw it away as garbage. It is very irresponsible as every body knows it is an expensive cosmetic, they should have left it at the front desk. I speculated the staff has kept it and claimed it was threw away. I am very upset about the incidence and very unhappy with this hotel staff and management.
