Love staying there when we go to Canada’s Wonderland. The servers for breakfast are awesome. They really take care of you and make you feel important. All the staff is great. Was at the hotel 3 weeks ago and will be back in October.

Excellent stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Small gym was well-equipped. The room came with fridge, kettle, coffee maker and microwave which was very convenient. You can easily walk to the Vaughan Mills mall. There was a lovely outdoor patio with water fountains that masked the sound of the cars going by. Like a little oasis! One thing I didn’t like was that you could hear the people from the room across the hall and the connecting room. It would be great if the doors were sound proofed. However, at night it was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was great; it is located minutes away from the Vaughan Mills Mall and Canada's Wonderland. The designated smoking areas are easily accessible, however additional seating and a shelter would be nice.

Quick, friendly and easy check in and check out. Love the safety aspect of this hotel. Parking is easy, food is good. I do enjoy simply settling in and ordering room service which was very fast, food was hot. My only issues were the removal of trays outside of the room in a timely manner, and the lack of bottled water available for coffee and tea. A vending machine would have been fine. Otherwise stellar visit, quiet, comfortable.

The hotel's location was great for visiting Wonderland, however, the service was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The front desk staff were uninviting, unfriendly, and unhelpful when dealing with a hassle that wasn't anyone's fault. They didn't even try to improve the situation, and appeared bored and uninterested.
