I checked in late at night and i just wanted to get to sleep. However, when I got there, we had to spend 20 minutes trying to get in my room because the key/doorhandle was broken. Once I got in the room, the front panel of the AC was broken and sitting on the floor. I could see someone tried putting it back with scotch tape. Also, should mention the AC was left on full blast so the room was freezing cold. I also wanted to have a shower but when I looked in the washroom, the showerhead had a build of what I am assuming was calcium build up, very gross! I travel up this way quite often and would never stay here again.

I didn't think the staff was very friendly and wished there was a safer place to park my car. That being said, the room was nice and comfortable with good AC. For a two-star hotel, it's a decent value.

Great place for a quick sleep while waiting for a flight, just thr shuttle issues would make us decide on another property. The communication about pick-up location, then rerouting to get more passengers to be dropped off at their vehicles first, delayed that sleep considerably. The value for price was not there.

You get what you pay for. You want a cheap bed and shower walking distance to the airport? Here you go! No free coffee. It's near the airport✈️ did you think you weren't gonna hear planes? Would not recommend. I am still waiting for an airport pickup. When you do call - they will put you on hold right away. Hang up and call back, this seems to trick them and they will pick up.

A lot of noise in the wee hours of the morning. Then a huge argument between manager and guest who would not respect check out time. It woke everyone up.

The front desk man was professional and patient. The room was not clean. There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom. The soap was previously used. Past guests forgotten items were still in the room. I wouldn't stay again.

Such a terrible experience. They don’t respect a person’s privacy at all. Even the receptionist was not clear with her words. A smiling face doesn’t make your customers feel safe! You need to give them the best. How come a person could expect a cleaner to enter a booked room without knocking?? Seriously? Never going back to this hotel.
