Convenient location across from the Pearson airport. We could hear the planes taking off/landing; it was expected since we were so close. The price was amazing!

Worst hotel experience by far. This looks like a business building partially converted into a hotel. Shuttle driver drove like a maniac, then proceeds to misplace my luggage he kicked out at another location, luckily he was able To retrieve it. Water vending machine was down and they didn’t offer water late at night instead told me to go to the store. Room walls are paper thin, I heard people all hours of the night yelling and arguing or loud tv, I’m actually not sure. Went to call downstairs and phone didn’t work. Complained so they would deal it. At 2 in the morning it stopped until 4 am which it started again. I left early because I was so angry. No one seemed to care when I complained in the morning. Would I recommend this place to anyone. No, would I stay again, that’s a hard no as well.

Confusion with the airport shuttle, ended up walking. Recommend you bring a spare pillow if side sleeper, they don't have any. Suite was very clean and nice.
