The room was clean. Bathroom very nice. Online photos nicer than in-person. Public parking garage across the street was incredibly dirty and smelly. We had to walk up the ramp to get out of garage because folx were living in the stairwell. Not a great start to our stay. Check-in was fine. My husband checked out for us and I was not provided with a receipt. The room was ok - but just a weird sense about the space that made me feel a bit itchy.

The hotel is situated in the heart of downtown...theaters, shopping, dining and transit...everything is close by when staying here. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with spacious, stylish bathroom. The piano lounge in the lobby is lovely. Good value for the stay. Underground Parking across the street is very reasonable and safe, but may be difficult to find a space (we had no problem).

We had a wonderful two- night stay at the Pantages. The hotel offers a great location with easy access to transportation and local attractions. It was clean and the room was very comfortable. In addition, the staff were very friendly and helpful, specially Paul at the front desk. We will definitely stay again.
