The overall stay was good, but the breakfast was terrible food-wise and service-wise. I didn’t appreciate how my spouse and I were treated while we were at breakfast. Not to mention breakfast was presented to us like it was complimentary when it was NOT.

Hotel asked for 25 CAD tax for late check out, which is unheard of, we travel a lot, national and international and never have been asked to pay for late check out. Hotel does not provide toiletries in the bathroom. Hotel does not have onsite parking, staff was also very unfriendly, especially during check out.

When we checked in, our original booking was for a king size bed, but I asked if it was possible to have 2 separate beds and they were able to accommodate us. The room was beautiful, large and clean and we had one of the best sleeps in a long time.
