Hotel is not what I expected based on the pictures seen on Expedia. The room felt old, merely 2 mugs in the empty kitchenette and skeleton staff at the small reception desk. I tried to settle my bill the night before checking out but was told I could only do that on the day itself. I was never informed about an item which was dropped off at the reception desk to me from a friend. Luckily my daughter was able to pick it up on her way out. Staff were friendly and pleasant. We were able to extend extra 2 hours before checkout, which was very helpful.

It’s ok, it’s not bad, but I did have issues (granted I didn’t raise with the front desk) but there’s definite room for improvement. The room decor felt dated, it felt dark, it felt like there was definite scope for investment. The appliances were dated, the TV was pathetic (awful choice of channels), but the bed was fantastic.

The hotel was quiet and nicely decorated. Not having parking on site was a con for us, but there was an easily accessible parking garage right across the street (beware of the treasures in the stairwell 💩 and smell). Our room could have used a deep clean - there was dust on some things, showing the surfaces hadn't been wiped in a while, and the same for the shower (bottom parts cleaned but some dirt higher up). Otherwise, it was great and cozy, rooms are big, staff were very friendly, and the area is within walking distance to so much.

I was there for 48hrs and I was asked if I needed a room service to clean the next day upon my check in, nobody came to clean for 48hrs. The TV in the room is just there for decorations. No cable channels…. And it’s feels funny the way the TV operates. The appliances are not up to dates.

When we first arrived our room looked amazing but the fan made quite a lot of noise, we went down to the front desk and spoke with Pliane who was amazing and sent someone to our room to take a look straight away, and subsequently upgraded us to a suite which was greatly appreciated! She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay with the hotel

2nd time staying here. Very convenient if going yo a show at Mirvish or Eaton Center. Got up early went next door to Fran’s and had the best coffee(take out), hot and tasted fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and hotel quiet. Front doors are locked at 10 and you require your room key to open the doors and board elevator. Friendly staff. Will definitely return!

The hotel was unique but also had a super modern yet cozy style room that made you feel as if you were you sleeping in your own bedroom. The room was always cleaning and the staff were also very pleasant and helpful.
