Great spot- staff at the front desk were lovely and our room was beautifully done, modern and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Easy 12 minute walk to union station, lots of parking options nearby.

The whole hotel was excellent! It was very walkable, as the mall is just down the street, and all of downtown is just a walk away! Everything was very clean, and the staff was very nice, would stay again :)

Great place to crash

I was in town for a meeting at St. Michael. The price was right and the location was great! Clean, warm, nice shower, quiet, dark curtains... Good Sleep Good Shower Good climate control Good WIFI It's a great place to stay.

We really liked the room decor. The king size bed was quite comfortable as were the occasional chairs. The bathroom was well laid out and very clean. We liked that most of the flooring was not carpeted. Just a pretty rug in the bed area. Great shopping nearby. Although, we didn't use it we appreciated that the hotel has a restaurant. Staff were very friendly. As a safety feature your room key is needed in the elevators to access floors. We would enjoy staying there again.

Clean, quiet building in close proximity to shopping mall, numerous restaurants, theatre and shops. The rooms are nicely decorated with updates. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are not. There is no hotel parking available on the property and the food at their restaurant was below average.
