Well it took 4days to make up the room when we asked it to be made up every second day. The person on Night Shift said oh no nothing was put on the system, but it was. We also had trouble even getting toilet paper until I went down and raised a little. You know what . The last time we stayed there it was great not this time and we usually stay there twice a year for 7 to 8 days. Not sure if you wanna stay there again.

The room was dirty, dont think the carpet has seen a vacuum cleaner in a while. The bathroom was dirty, the bottle of hair conditioner was half full, dirty surfaces in the room. The breakfast had no taste, poorly cooked. There was no value for money, will not return.

We asked for 2 towels - we stayed here for 3 nights, and they refused to give us the same. The coffee machine had old coffee and water in the water compartment and upon asking someone to have a look, and they said they will, but no one actually did! Not happy with my stay at all and won’t recommend staying if you’re looking for basic amenities and customer service.

There was a problem with the first room we were given (keypad didn’t work) but the staff was quick to upgrade our room and provide us new accommodations. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included which was nice and there were many self-serve options.
