It was a basic room but was clean. Good for overnight near the airport. It had a shuttle but we walked a couple of times and that was convenient. Breakfast was included and food available to buy there as well. Very friendly staff.

Good hotel, just shower had issues
Decent hotel, excellent service, reasonable price. Only complaint was the shower temperature would swing from cold to scalding hot without moving the handle. Be careful with small kids.

The two ladies who were working at the front desk lack professionalism and were nothing but rude and condescending. My family and I arrived at Pearson Airport. We proceeded to walk to the exit where is said hotel shuttle. After waiting 30 mins and saw the quality inn bus driver past us. I called the hotel and asked if the drive could come back for us. The lady answered the phone and told us we were at the wrong g gate. We hate to be at door 13 not door 43. Nothing in our reservation or the exit stated we had to be at door 13. Once we finally arrived at the hotel the two ladies seemed more interested in finding chargers for their cell phones then checking us in. And when we asked how come the driver couldn’t have stopped at picked us up at door 43 we got belittled by their response by it is door 13 only. Once in the return shuttle and talking to other passengers this is a very common occurrence about the bus stop. I hope for future guest you make it clear in the reservation that it’s door 13 not 43. And you talk to the two ladies on how they should act more professional as they have left a bitter taste in our experience with quality inn.

This stay was just okay. Beds are absolutely terrible. Only thing going for this place is their breakfast, it was delicious every morning. Airport shuttle was good going to the airport but going from, it was always late or never showed up. Hotel also doesnt answer the phone at all even if you are calling from your room. Staff was overall good except one nightshift lady, she was absolutely terrible and extremely rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is an older building, but it is clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for airport layovers, but there is nothing else in the area other than more hotels. There’s no elevator, so let them know when booking if you can’t do stairs.
