The truth is that the apartment is super spacious and very comfortable, the parking is very convenient and the public transport is super accessible and very close, in addition to the area is very nice

Property served my needs, and it was a great location. The view was good, but don't expect to see the tower! The space could be so much better with more detailed attention and care, interior felt very cheap. The booking was a NIGHTMARE! Expedia portion was smooth and easy, as always, but the required additional steps were not worth it; I will not book this again. I was asked to pay a security deposit, but before contacting to adjust, the invoice stated it was a room, cleaning and tax fee - felt very unreliable and I am still wondering if I will get my security deposit back as they charged it whereas hotels typically only reserve the funds against the credit card. The address we stayed was further away than what was advertised such that we had to pay for transportation instead of walk - and I chose this location as the advertised address was within walking distance to my event. Very frustrating. Instructions for using the fob were not clear, thankfully some residents were helpful seeing us struggle. Overall, it worked, was safe, and the bed was comfortable. Will choose somewhere else next time.

Horrible experience with checking in and the support team specially with Ben. The condo was booked with parking and it wasn’t until all the check in issues that happened that they told me that the unit didn’t have parking. Had to pay parking out of pocket with no reimbursement. Dirty balcony, towels and pillow sheets. Horrible experience and I hope no one experiences this like I did. Complete embarrassment.

It was not the same property that I reserved. I have been transferred to 2 different property beside the one that I have booked. So we ended up in different property (not what we booked). As a result, additional to the terrible experience, I got a parking fine ticket of $50. Who should be paying it!? I thought the whole reservation was scam until I got access to the room. 2 hours of terrible experience and felt like we were junk!

Is not a hotel. Is an apartment which serve as a vacation rental. The apartment, which is big and has balcony, is pretty and is close to entertainment area. Don’t expect staff service, nor the amenities we find in hotels

Booked at 209 Fort York Blvd. for close proximity to Ontario Place. Went there, no one at desk would help. Found out we were booked at 12 York St, miles away from where our Expedia itinerary including parking directed us. Upon arrival, 2 hrs later we were informed that parking wasn't included, and had to pay $40 for overnight parking. The staff at the property were all very professional and helpful with our various issues. Very disappointed at being unnecessarily being mislead and misdirected multiple times and the subsequent inconvenience, time wasted and extra expense to stay far away from my intended destination, Expedia needs to improve it's support and communication regarding this property. Everything was perfect location wise and cleanliness. However, I found it particularly difficult to contact the owner whenever I needed. Messaging through Expedia, through WhatsApp, or even through text messages was not getting any response except on one occasion when I was checking out. The only way to really contact them is to call the number which for me started to work only well into the afternoon. The space was beautiful overall we enjoyed our stay but the not being able to contact them was a big problem during that.
