PLEASE READ - Folks, the first thing you must know about this home is that it is shared accommodation. You room will have locks inside and out but the kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom are common areas. The home was neat and and clean, and I met a nice couple there. All the bedrooms are upstairs, one or two floors above street level. Now, take a look at the scoring and you'll see lots of reviews at either end of the scale with a some sixes in the middle. Disregard the highest and lowest scores and go for the upper middle and you'll get a sense of this quiet home. The price is fair and the neighborhood is fine. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and you're only 15 minutes from Union Station and downtown.

It’s located in a good neighbourhood, it’s close to transit. The add was misleading I felt as I thought the room came with a bathroom, I didn’t think I had to share with other guests, there were fruit flies in the room, the bed was uncomfortable. The latch on my room was very noisy to open and close, also the hall light was out which made it difficult to see in the evening the door locks etc.

I liked the home feel it gave, the area was peaceful. I didn't like the that there wasn't communication regarding other guests showing up out of nowhere, it was a little alarming

Lovely, homey, and immaculately clean space in a great neighbourhood. If you don’t like stairs, Room 1 is not for you. Otherwise, it’s fantastic. Comfortable bed, tasteful decor, on a quiet street, in walking distance to some of Toronto’s best restaurants.

Location was great. Check in was a bit of a challenge and not clearly outlined. It seems they run a lot of BnBs and we’re not sure which property was which. Check in was very do it yourself. One bathroom for the property with 4 rooms. Bathroom was tiny and one floor down from where I was staying. Room was large but no TV. Wifi was very spotty. Overall I would not recommend.

When we got there, the room that we were suppose to have wasn't clean, however, the management handled it very well and gave us another room. That room was okay, there was a piece of gum stuck to the bed. Overall, the house was decent and the neighbourhood was quiet.

This was a really beautiful property, but I didn’t realize it was shared bathroom space. I didn’t receive any communication in advance about how to get into the space, although they were very helpful when I did call. I didn’t end up staying in the space, I booked another hotel down the street.
