Overall this is a decent Hotel and I would stay there again. All of the staff were very friendly and the location is within a 5 min drive from the airport. The free 24 hour airport shuttle was also very convenient. We called the hotel to book the shuttle as soon as we arrived at the airport and it picked us up within 10 mins of us calling. I also liked having the Moxies resturaunt and Starbucks cafe right inside the hotel. The room was very spacious and accommodated to my needs, but I would also like to add that the room was in need of some TLC and a deep cleaning. The floors were dirty, and the tables/counters/mirrors had some hair, dust and stuff spilled on them in a few spots. The sheets/pillows had a few stains/marks on them and the kitchen drawers had stuff spilled on them and were falling apart…nothing major but this might be something the hotel communicates with the housekeeping/maintenance departments in the future.

Door to the room had large gaps all around it letting in too much light to sleep well. Both queen beds were squeaky and lighting is poor.

We waited for a shuttle for 30 min. I finally called she said you have to call we don’t come automatically which was stated no where in the hotel notes, amenities nothing. She said it would be another 10 min. After 40 min I called again. The driver said that no one notified him as he was only a few min away. We finally get to the hotel they couldn’t find my reservation so after I gave them my confirmation code they still struggled. Finally we got into our room. The shower tiles dirty, a sucker stick stuck on the floor. The gym treadmills are very worn out. I would not stay there again, there are so many options for good hotels close to the airport this one was an epic fail for me. Do not recommend

The room we stayed in was not clean upon arrival. I believe it was a room that was not utilized in quite some time. The bathroom was infested with silverfish bugs that crawled from the walls in around the toilet and shower. The hotel did offer us 30% off the stay however it still felt like we payed a lot of money for a bug infested hotel.
