Spent 2 nights here for New Years. The property is located in the heart of shopping and many other land marks. Always something to do steps away. We took advantage of the Lounge promo and rung in New Year in style. The food and drinks in the pakage were great. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The property itself is older and a bit tierd looking. Looks like some renos were done recently but may not be enough. Being downtown Toronto also comes with all downtown cons.

Weekend with family

Our family, grandparents, parents and grandchildren, spent a weekend in Toronto to see the Lion King, enjoy skating in Nathan Phillips Square and visit Ripley’s Aquarium. We booked rooms overlooking the square. The rooms were perfect, comfy beds, a great view and all the attractions in walking distance. Check in was very friendly and fast . We will definitely come back.

Stay was fine but several areas could be improved. Pool was not warm enough to enjoy as an adult. Not enough space to put belongings in bathroom. We stayed as a family (2 adults, 2 kids) but we were only given 3 towel sets each day. No robes in the room.
