True to its word, this property was a clean, nicely decorated stay. There was a lot of charm, from the gorgeous paintings on the walls to the comfortable accommodations (best mattress at a VRBO I've slept in, and I travel A LOT). The shower was relaxing and spacious, the tiny bottles of shampoo provided were high quality, and the fact there was a small parking lot to park in was great. We enjoyed talking to the friendly neighbors, walking up the street to breakfast and coffee, and doing a bit of shopping along Yonge (all on foot). When we had a problem with entry into the apartment on our third night, the owners were over quickly to help us get inside. I would recommend this stay for active travelers who will be out and about a lot, solo travelers or small groups, and those who just need a comfy place to sleep. There is noise throughout the day above the apartment since there is an active artist's studio (Bita's work is amazing, definitely recommend going up there to check it out), so if you need quiet during the day, take that into consideration. Excellent stove/oven & washer/dryer. Has blow dryer, iron, ironing board, lotion for after washing hands. Just so much you don't find at other places. If we went back to Toronto, I would rent again.
