It was an average hotel experience. Pillows and Matress smelled a little rank. Sheets were pretty dirty. Location was pretty good if you have a car. House cleaning was so nice and kind.

When we checked in first, the room did not have proper mattress for the sofa bed and the bathroom sliding door was locked and could not open when I was inside. My brother had to use a butter knife to open it for me. The room also had a stuffy and Molly smell to it like it had t been aired out for a long time. When we raised the issues, the staff was mostly friendly and receptive and tried to help us. There was an Asian lady/manager who questioned if I was actually locked in the bathroom because according to her all the bathroom doors did not have a lock. It made me felt like she thought I was lying about being locked in. In the end they were able to switch us to a different room which was much appreciated. Overall, the facilities were 3/5.

This is the second day (extended) of our stay. Love the nice location and staff. Very clean and updated room amenities. Planning to stay year next time we visit Toronto.

Hotel is in a very good location with ample parking space. Excellent studio/room amenities - full-size fridge, electric stove, microwave, DW, etc. I think we got a room upgrade. We decided to stay an extra night.

Excellent experience with our stay. My children doesn’t want to go home anymore. I would highly recommend this hotel. Now I know where to stay whenever visiting Toronto now. God bless and God bless to all the staffs and management. If there’s one thing I could only recommend is to upgrade the pool or maintain it a little better especially the water.

This hotel has a free of smoke policy and room 1008 reek a cigarette, the first night we got sick and vomiting for the smell, the second day they changed us the room by refused to give us a refund for the first night under the excuse that they changed us room. Please make sure at your arrival your room doesn’t smell otherwise they will washed their hands.
