Welcoming basement suite with own entrance close to downtown Toronto

Welcoming one bedroom basement suite - great neighbourhood for restaurants, farmers market and parks. Also close to downtown for nightlife and shopping. Near everything you want to visit during your visit to Toronto. Perfect for one guest or couple

The suite has it’s own living area with a sofa bed and TV. There is an eating area with bistro table for morning breakfast with microwave and fridge. Own bathroom with walk in shower. Working area; desk and Wi-Fi -for students and professionals.
Please note basement has low ceiling keep this in mind when booking. Ideal for anyone 5'11" and under. There is second separate entrance through cold room with smaller entrance available for guest to use.
Welcoming back patio to enjoy during the summer
No smoking or vaping on property

For long term renters - the laundry room is in the basement and will need to be acccessed by the owner once a week. Cleaner will be coming bi-weekly to clean house and basement suite.
