Those endless views can also be enjoyed from the comfort of the master bedroom which faces directly outside and has plenty of storage space so you can unpack and make yourselves at home. Meanwhile, the second room has two singles as well as a pull-out bed. For any additional guests, a further double sofa bed can be made up in the living room. All share a light and bright family bathroom with a separate shower and bath, including a luxurious waterfall head. Plus, there is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. With a free parking space available in the secure locked garage, this is a one-of-a-kind coastal getaway with bags of style.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the vibrant seaside town of Torquay, known for being one of the prettiest towns on Devon's English Riviera. Here, you'll find the iconic Marina, as well as beautiful beaches, brilliant pubs and many seafood restaurants all in the local vicinity. And if that wasn't enough, numerous festivals and events take place in Torquay and the surrounding region throughout the year. Everything is within easy walking distance from the apartment, so you won’t need to worry about taking the car and finding parking!
There are ample opportunities to swim in the crystal waters and secret coves, enjoy a spot of fishing and discover the stunning wildlife that calls this place home. Torquay Beach is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, and you’ll find other fantastic beaches on the eastern coast of the Torquay area in Lyme Bay. These include Anstey's Cove and Babbacombe Beach, as well as the pretty Meadfoot Beach. Walkers will love heading off to Dartmoor National Park, where you'll find wild ponies, stunning hikes, magical waterfalls and pretty forests. In addition, the nearby resorts of Paignton and Brixham are easily reached by car, train or ferry - a great way to explore the area and see the coastline at the same time.

Getting Around:
Whilst you are in a great location to see Torquay town, we would suggest bringing a car to make the most of exploring this beautiful part of Devon. If you are visiting on public transport, the nearby Torquay station has regular trains that run to Exeter St Davids and Paignton. From here, you can connect to Bristol Temple Meads, Reading and London Paddington.

We encourage you to check in before 10 pm to ensure we are able to help should you have any issues upon arrival. However, if you are travelling from afar and arriving late please reach out to let us know so we can accommodate.
The building's management restricts pets on site, but we are able to make an exception for service animals. Please let us know ahead of your stay if you will be bringing a service animal so we can make the necessary arrangements.
