The home is staged over two levels with spacious, light-filled living areas and a million-dollar view from the balcony. Cook up a feast on the BBQ to the setting sun, getting the group together for an alfresco meal.
On the upper level you’ll find open plan living and dining flowing to the deck creating a lovely transition between indoors and out. There is a full kitchen for meals at home and a six-person dining table, which can be used as a dedicated workspace if you’re on a working holiday. In the evenings kick back on plush sofas with a central TV catering to your entertainment needs. Air-conditioning and heating create a year-round retreat.
Upstairs you'll find the master with a double bed and private ensuite bathroom. Two queen-sized bedrooms can be found downstairs and both come with wardrobe space for your belongings. There is a neat main bathroom on the lower level as well as an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer, which opens to the fenced backyard.
Famed for its beaches, the town of Torquay lies on Victoria’s stunning Great Ocean Road and boasts a cool, coastal lifestyle, just 90 minutes’ drive from Melbourne. It’s home to world-renowned Bells Beach, regarded as one of the best surf spots in the world with its exposed reef and point break. Stroll along Torquay’s foreshore, tucking into classic fish and chips from a beachside kiosk.
Enjoy the region’s fishing, snorkelling and paddling, or stretch your legs on part of the Surf Coast Walk, which stretches 44km from Torquay to Lorne. Treat yourself to dinner at one of the best restaurants in the country, Brae, and refresh with a pint from Blackman’s Brewery or 4 Pines Torquay.

FOOD Help yourself to everything.
DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout including emptying the dishwasher.
CLOTHES WASHING Washing detergent, drying rack and iron in the laundry. Use short, cold setting where possible.
SMOKING Outside only and use an ashtray.
BBQ Enjoy the barbecue. We always aim to have it full but if you run out of gas you can exchange the bottle at service stations. Clean the barbecue after use and before checkout otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will apply.
RUBBISH Remove all your waste and put in the appropriate bins. Small one of general waste, yellow for recycling and purple for glass.
