Torremolinos penthouse
PROS: Patricia is an excellent host: very responsive/available to help. the location in Torremolinos is close to Malaga airport (15 minutes)/major highways/restaurants/grocery stores. the apartment is clean. Seaview is decent. Area is quiet and safe. Garage parking is nice to have and street parking also available. CONS: the overall area/neighborhood is just mediocre looking. but this is the norm for Torremolinos apparently. there are higher end areas in Malaga to stay. we could not use one of the showers as prior guest damaged shower glass. the other (only) shower had poor shower-head. there is no dryer for clothes, which is typical for Malaga apparently.

A great stay at a great property. Fantastic.
Avery large and spacious 4 bedroom penthouse. Clean and tidy with all you need for a great stay. After a short taxi ride we were met by the host with two sets of keys. Showed us everything we needed to know about the property and area. The property has very large outside terraces, ideal for eating and relaxing on. The host even offered to take us to the supermarket as we had opted not to hire a car this time. The apartment is on the outskirts of the town, nice and quiet which suits us. Its a 15/20 min walk downhill to the beach or marina area, a few supermarkets are even closer. There is a great Italian about 200m up from the property. We opted to use the Uber app for our local travel needs which worked very well indeed. A great property for a family holiday. Thank you, to our host who went over and above to ensure that we had a great stay at this fabulous penthouse. Top ratings for this property and host...

Great Stay
We (family of 6) have stayed there for 9 days and we were lucky that we could stay this nice and beautiful apartment. This apartment also has very large but cozy terrace so that we could enjoy beautiful nights together. Patricia, the host, was really nice and responsive. We took care of everything we need.

Great Apartment with a super view!
This apartment is really excellent. it is very well stocked, and has everything you would need on your holiday away. The pool is lovely, and the whole apartment complex feels very safe, secure and well maintained. The apartment has two exceptional balconies (both huge!), and we enjoyed having dinner with a great view. The apartment is uphill away from the main tourist hotels by the beach so it is nice and quiet at night. There is an excellent restaurant nearby which is very popular with the locals -Pizzeria Montebello. The apartment has secure parking, we hired bikes and kept them in the underground garage overnight. There are lots of bike routes easily accessible from the apartment, either by the beach or up into the mountains. The train station is an easy walk and trains are very cheap to get to the airport, into Malaga or Fuengirola. A visit into Central Malaga is recommended, an interesting cultural city and very easy to access via the train from local station El Pinillo. Patricia is an excellent host, and it was a pleasure staying at her apartment. Thank you Patricia for letting us stay, we had a super holiday!

Wonderful apartment with great outdoor space!
We were a group of 8 travelling to Torremolinos for 14 days. Patricia's property was perfect for us. The penthouse apartment was very spacious with great amenities. She thought of everything including extra towels, sheets and cold water in the fridge. She gave us a lot of good recommendations and was very attentive. I highly recommend Patricia and her property! Would stay there again without hesitation. Loved it!
