Oasis triplex penthouse with sea views and private pool

Wonderful luxury triplex located in the most residential area of Torremolinos, a few minutes from the center as well as the beach of La Carihuela.

It has a train stop 3 minutes walk that communicates with the center of Malaga, the airport and the central train station. In addition its proximity to Marbella that makes it the perfect location to enjoy all the flavor of the Costa del Sol.
Its spectacular terrace with private pool and sea views will make your stay unique

Attic of 450 square meters distributed on three floors of 150 meters each. On the main floor has a kitchen of 30 meters equipped with all kinds of appliances, high table to eat 8 people and laundry room. The 80-meter room with spectacular sea views has a bar and pool table, convertible into a dining table, as well as a fireplace in a chill-out area with two huge chaise-longue sofas. It has a gym equipped with machines and sea views and a bathroom.
On the second floor there are four bedrooms all with double beds (one of them also includes two extra single beds) and
a bathroom. The main room has a large dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi.
The terrace has a private salt water pool with solarium area on artificial grass with teak deckchairs and pergola with dining area and chill out.
It has heating in all rooms and air conditioning in living room and master bedroom.
Parties or bachelor parties are not allowed. It is a very quiet family development, so it is ideal for rest and relaxation !!!!!

Lovely stay but too far out
This is lovely accommodation with stunning views. However, too far out really and a hefty hill walk back from beach, so not for anybody with any physical disability. We did catch taxi back most days/ nights for 6 euro. Ramon was a pleasure to deal with and very courteous. We arrived just before midnight and this was someone waiting for us. Apartment is clean and if I was to be picky, I would say a welcome and essential contact numbers would be useful, as well as instructions how to unlock the multi lock system pack would be good. The upstairs balcony needs more chairs for everyone to be able to dine, as there is only a breakfast bar in the kitchen. The bed sheets and pillows etc were not the best quality and for the money would have expected higher quality. Lack of air conditioning in some bedrooms may be an issue for some as well as poor lighting in all bedrooms as most only rooms only had table lamps.

We had a great holiday in this amazing house. The weather was a bit too hot for the 22 month old and 10 week old baby but it was great having the salt water pool on the terrace. Ramon was very quick to answer our queries which was greatly appreciated.

Relaxing, enjoyable stay
Apartment very spacious and clean. Had everything we needed. Roof terrace was fabulous, although pool smaller than it looks in photos. However for us Scots were still very happy to have it to dip in and out of when needed in the 30+ degree heat! Apartment in nice area with a large Carrefour supermarket 10 mins away, but it is downhill to the beach area - going uphill was harder (heat again!), but a taxi only costs 6 euros so did that instead. We had a really lovely chilled out time and would recommend this apartment. Ramon was very helpful and quick to reply with any questions we had. Gave us taxi number to get back to airport (4am start) but used train from airport to apartment and this was very easy. All in all, very enjoyable stay. Thank you Ramon.
