Parking is very difficult in that residential area. Parking garage is available about 5 minutes walk from the hotel downhill. You can get some cheaper price if you bring the hotel's stamp. It's about 30 minutes drive from Granada's downtown. Balconies are beautiful for morning/evening coffee/tea. I don't know about beaches, but I think there is about 30 minutes walk at least, judging by distance to sea from our balcony.

Excellent hotel. I am about the price and that it only has two stars. It felt like a 3 star hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent location with authentic cheap churros breakfast bar.

Avoid unless on a budget!
The rooms we were given had no air con only fans and the temperature was around 40 degrees. We also found ants in the toilet and the walls were so thin you could hear a person sneeze on the other side.

It was just a business /leisure trip for me . Hotel well priced and quite central, no breakfast , about 10 mins from the metro up a steep hill. Good shop and hospital nearby.

Very outdated, bed very uncomfortable, bedding two sheets and an old smelly blanket that obviously doesnā€™t get changed over , the towels smelled like dirty laundry an no lighting at the end of corridor where my room was , the railing on the balcony loose and bare wires sticking through the wall , very disappointing
