For rent apartment with frontal view of the sea located in the beach area of La Mata. It is 47 m2 and consists of a salon, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a stunning view of the sea. The complex has a communal swimming pool with adult and children's section and a lovely green area. It is equipped with air conditioner in the living room, furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. Spanish TV is also available. Within walking distance there is supermarket, bars, restaurants, local bus stop and much more local amenities. The sea is 150 meters away. The property sleeps up to three people. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony!
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.

L' appartement était propre , tout ce qu il faut au niveau cuisine , salle de bain terrasse ok Lieu ; bien situé , calme , parking ok Point négatif ; - la climatisation cata -) vétuste , ne fonctionne pas correctement , remplissage d une bouteille et d un sceau de 10 lites toute les 5 heures . a vider car aussi non coule sur la terrasse d en dessous . pas de ventillateur dans la chambre donc impossible de dormir avec de tels température . il faudrait vraiment faire quelque chose a ce niveau la . lieu ; - prés des magasins , resto mais il faut avoir une voiture pour ce déplacer ( courses , resto et plages ) Piscine ; - petite piscine pour le nombre d appartement ( 5 bloques d appartement ) - a la piscine -) cata car tout les jours en apres midi table chaise musique , fiesta au bord de la piscine ce qui est interdit normalement . nous n y avons été qu une fois vu les gens qui boivent de l alcool et mange crie , etc .... c 'est bien dommage personnellement je ne relouerais plus a cette endroit .

Kjempe fornøyd. Rent og pent. Perfekt beliggenhet.
Vi var to stykker og leiligheten var helt perfekt for oss. Nydelig havutsikt og stor terasse med god plass. Ligger i 2.etasje og ingen bygninger som sperret for utsikten. Leiligheten hadde alt vi trengte, også vaskemaskin. Det var rent og pen og aircondition virket. Perfekt beliggenhet i et rolig område. Nært til matvarebutikker, også 24 timers matvarebutikk. Mange fanatiske restauranter like i nærheten med bare god mat. Bassenget var større enn bildene viser, det var rent og pent og hadde en egen barnebasseng del. Nydelig området rundt bassenget som ligger rett over gaten for denne leiligheten. Alt er låst med porter og kun de med nøkkel hadde tilgang til bassengområdet. Hyggelige mennesker i leilighetskomplekset. Trygt område. Ca 10 min å gå til stranda og ca 5 min å gå til bussholdeplassen. Flott og god service til- fra flyplassen. Lett å få tak i «byrået-eier» også under oppholdet dersom det var noe. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake til denne leiligheten og jeg kan anbefale denne på det sterkeste. Vi hadde en flott ferie.
