Spacious, well eqipped apartment with sunny balcony.
We knew the moment we entered the apartment that we had found what we had been searching for. We were not disappointed at any stage. It was extremely spacious for two people, very well equipped and had a south facing balcony that attracted the September sunshine from 11.00am to 4.00pm. The mattress and pillows on the double bed were as comfortable as we had experienced at any venue in our lives. The location was perfect for anything that we required in L'Estartit, with everything in easy walking distance. The whole resort had a welcoming feel about it. Genis never failed to respond promptly to any enquiry in the run up to our stay. Her English is extremely good, which we were looking for, having had language problems in the past with other owners. All in all the apartment and the owner were faultless, making the whole holiday experience one of the best we had ever had. An extremely deserved 5 stars.

Great apartment and great area to discover Costa Brava.
The apartment was in a great position in L'Estartit. Very close to the beach, also to supermakets and 10 minutes walk to the center, which make the area nice and calm. The apartment is big and very spacious and equiped in everything that is needed during the vacation. It has big terrace, where we had everyday breafast and sometimes dinner. It's very clean ! We have enjoyed L'Estartit very much, since it is a charming small town, very close to the very intetresting spots in less known Costa Brava - such as Cap de Creus, Cadaques, Figueras, Begur, Pals etc. No big hotels, very wide sandy beach with warm water with almost no people arround - this was in June - perfect time to visit! I would recommend this place to everyone coming to L'Estartit. Genis is a very nice owner, willing to help with all the doubts and questions and speaks good english :) We will certainly come back!

Een 10/10 voor het bedlinnen! Mooie plaats met het strand dichtbij! In de avond gezellig wandelen in L estartit. Winkels dichtbij. Parking voor de deur is gemakkelijk. Vriendelijke en zeer bereikbare communicatie.

Excellent appartement
Cet appartement est vraiment l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Les chambres sont grandes, la literie mérite un +10, la cuisine est bien équipée et tout fonctionne très bien. Sa situation géographique fait qu'il est calme la nuit mais à 5 mn (à peine) de la plage qui est superbe. Le propriétaire est disponible et vraiment à l'écoute. Je recommande cet appartement très vivement.

Wir waren in der Vorsaison da; der Ort und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Das Naturschutzgebiet La Muntanya Gran in der Nähe ist ideal zum Wandern. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Vielen Dank!

appartement très agréable,bien situé,très propre,accueil du propriétaire même ne parlant pas beaucoup le français, nous avons réussi à communiqué. par contre logement mal insonorisé,les bruits des autres occupants se répercutent dans tout l immeuble et certains n hésitent pas de faire la fête jus qu'a 2 h du matin. mais je recommanderai cette location mais hors saison. christian et monique

Excellent séjour. La location nous convient parfaitement. Preuve en est, puisque nous y sommes revenus 2 années consécutives. Et nous comptons y retourner l'année prochaine. L'endroit est des plus agréable. La mer est proche. J'adore Estartit. J'ai eu le coup de foudre pour ce joli coin Magasins à proximité, et surtout une place de parking, devant l'immeuble..Le top...!!! Le propriétaire est très sympathique..Dommage qu'il ne parle pas le Français.. Mais on arrive à se comprendre en anglais. Le seul hic, ce sont (parfois) les voisins un peu bruyants... Voilà..Je recommande très fortement cette location.. Michèle Gaillard..

Appt tres correct, bien équipé, fonctionnel. Bon emplacement par rapport a la mer. Tres bon accueil. Le seul inconvenient est la tres mauvaise insonorisation de l immeuble d ou le bruit. Ns retenons toutefois cette adresse et la conseillerons si besoin
