Our apartment is located very close to the enchanting Lago di Garda. From the bedroom you have a beautiful view to the pool, from the balcony to the mountains (Monte Baldo). The apartment is brand new and nicely decorated. The apartment is located in a beautiful residential complex.
Toscolano Maderno is quieter than other towns on Lake Garda but also close to other centers where tourism is more prevalent. B. Lemone (25 km away). We hope you will be our guest soon.

Generally nice, but publicity a little misleading
Appartment well presented. However, the publicity did make us think that the patio area/ balcony faced the swimming pool and lake. On reading the print it did say it faced the mountains - but omitted to comment that you mainly looked onto a car park and other appartments/ accommodation. Somewhat annoying that there is allocated parking available (underground) which we were shown by the local representative/ contact - but we were unable to use. Instead we had to pay Euro7.20 a day to park outside. Both this appartment, and a previous one we have rented this year, had some information available on local attractions - however neither had any comprehensive information on the appartment and facilities. i.e. How to deal with rubbish and recylcing. How parking operates in the Toscolano area. How to book a ferry trip. Etc etc. We were also surprised that a modern appartment in this part of the world was not supplied with air conditioning. We did have a tower fan (apparently brand new) that decided to break down midway through our stay. We thought it might have been replaced - but unfortunately it wasn't and hence did make for a somewhat warm last evening/ night in the appartment.

Alles bestens
Die Anlage ist toll, gepflegt und befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und bemüht. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, absolut empfehlenswert. Ein Mückenschutz wäre ganz gut gewesen, sonst alles perfekt. Werden gerne nochmal wieder kommen.

Gastfreundschaft - Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen - Myriam hat uns viele hilfreiche Hinweise gegeben… zu Spielplätzen, Orten, Restaurants… - Sie war sehr gut erreichbar (WhatsApp) - Sie spricht auch einwandfrei deutsch Lage - Die Lage ist absolut spitze - Pool, Schwimmbereiche am Gardasee sind direkt vor der Tür - Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür (kostenpflichtig) - Mailand etc. kann man meines Erachtens gut erreichen - Man kann an der Promenade gut spazieren gehen - Supermärkte sind in der Nähe Komfort - In der Wohnung ist insoweit alles vorhanden, was man üblicherweise braucht - Am Pool bekommt man immer eine paar Liegen - Die Dachterasse ist auch sehr schön :-) Tipp: Wenn euch noch was fehlt… im Markt „Lil Chen“ (fussläufig gut erreichbar) bekommt man alles… Einfach bei Google eingeben. Dann findet ihr es schon. Vielen Dank Myriam für die tolle Zeit :-)

Erholung pur am Gardasee
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, funktional, aber stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was gebraucht wird. Der Ausblick vom Balkon geht Richtung Gardasee und einer kleinen Straße. Da diese auch der Zugang zum Strand ist, ist hier immer ein bisschen was los (was uns nicht gestört hat). Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Innenhof / Pool. Da es doch recht strenge Regeln für den Poolbereich gibt (kein Springen, rennen, schreien… mit einer Aufsichtsperson) war der Erholungsfaktor definitiv gegeben. Meine Kinder haben sich daher immer klar für den Strand am Gardasee entschieden :). Dieser liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Bei schönem Wetter ist hier wirklich viel los und der Strand ist nicht wirklich breit (wie nahezu überall am Gardasee). Die kleine Stadt Toscolano ist eine Erkundung wert, aber vor allem einer guter Ausgangspunkt für die Hotspots Limone, Verona oder Salò. Wir haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und antwortet eigentlich sofort. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal an dich :)!

Schöne Urlaubswoche
Schöne Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hatten mit Ihr per WA kommuniziert und auch Reisetipps erhalten. Die Lage der Ferienanlage ist optimal und nahe am Gardasee. Baden am See super! Parken auf weißen Flächen war für uns o.k. da spät in der Saison. Tipps an die Vermieterin, bitte Insektenschutz in Fenster einbringen, Handtücher im Rahmen des Angebots bereitstellen. Weniger schön war der Lärm jeden Tag früh morgens vor dem Fenster durch das Reinigungspersonal der Ferienanlage mit Laubgebläse und lautem Gequatsche. Komisch fanden wir auch die Beaufsichtigung am Pool. Leider war der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse defekt. Die Dachterrasse selbst bietet einen super schönen Blick zum See. Insgesamt hatten wir sehr schöne Ferientage.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in hervorragender Lage
Sehr schöne Wohnung in hervorragender Lage zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Strandbars und Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Moderno besteht im wesentlichen aus einem kleinen Platz mit Bars und einigen wenigen Geschäften. Tolle landestypische Restaurants gibt es in der Altstadt. Die lange Uferpromenade lädt zu Spaziergängen und zu sportlichen Aktivitäten ein.

Die Anlage ist extrem gepflegt, tolle Dachterrasse, Wohnung bestens ausgestattet, Eis und Pizzeria in Fußnähe. Schlafzimmer zum Pool ,Bett sehr komfortabel. Schlafsofa bequem, bei offenen Balkontüren manchmal Lärm von der wenig befahrenen Straße. Am Wochenende Parkgebühren bezahlt, ansonsten immer einen kostenlosen Stellplatz um die Ecke gefunden. Mirjam hat sich super um uns gekümmert.

Für unsere Bedürftnisse super geeignet.
Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, super ausgestattet und für unsere Bedürfnisse mit einem kleinen Baby hervorragend geeignet. Der Pool im Garten ist einfach ein Traum und die meiste Zeit überschaubar besucht gewesen (ausgenommen Italienischer Nationalfeiertag). Der Balkon ist super, um in der Morgensonne zu frühstücken und für kleine Babys Abends zum People Watching. Die Dachterasse ist wenig besucht (leider auch von uns) und zum Sonnenbaden sehr gut geeignet. Der See liegt wenige Meter die Straße runter. An seiner Promenade reihen sich mehrere Lokalitäten zum Essen und Trinken. Große Supermärkte sind an der Hauptstraße gelegen und in wenigen Minuten erreichbar (besser mit Auto). Die Vermieterin ist überaus freundlich und entgegenkommend, immer hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr zeitnah. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Anlage in traumhafter Lage
Wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Pool und Dachterrasse, die einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den See gewährt. Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet und hat einen Balkon, von dem man ebenso einen schönen Ausblick hat. Öffentliche Badestrände am See sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und man findet immer einen freien Platz. Daneben steht außerdem noch der top gepflegte und bewachte Pool zur Verfügung. Dieser ist nicht überfüllt und es gibt für jede Wohnung 2 Liegen. In ca. 10 - 15 Minuten erreicht man fußläufig mehrere gute Restaurants am See. In 20 Minuten gelangt man über die Uferpromenade bis zum Hafen. Insbesondere dort findet man weitere Möglichkeiten, um Essen zu gehen. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem ein toller Familienurlaub. Wir hätten noch mehr Sterne vergeben, wenn das möglich gewesen wäre.
