the heat temperature could not be adjusted. it had almost 30 degrees which was hard to fall asleep if turn if on. if turn it off, it run out of air in room. so, we need to open the door to get fresh air every 2 hours at night. try to open the window but it could not be closed without the staff's help. try to get a fan, but not available. so, it was a sleepless night.

禁煙なのにユニットバスがタバコくさい。 コンセントの位置が分からず、あっても少ない、エアコン消しても暑すぎて寝巻き着ないで寝ることになった。ニューオータニという名称で宿泊したが、次回は絶対に宿泊しないし、他の人にも絶対進めない。 ここまでひどいのは初めて

1급호텔, 조용하고,깨끗하고,청소잘되고,친절하고, 토톳리역, 고속버스 터미널이 바로 앞에 있고, 쇼핑하기 좋은 쇼핑센터 이온이 5분거리에 있어 편리하고, 음식점 접근도 좋은 곳입니다. 단 이번 추위에 방에 온풍 스위치를 올려도 온도가 올라가지 않아 잠잘때 추웠습니다.

14點就可以check in 了,飯店很近車站, 走5分中就到餐飲地區, 非常方便. 而且車站內有逛街的地方,買完東西就可以直回酒店. 房間尚算寬敞及明亮,唯一覺得不好的地方係廁所沒有抽氣扇.

JR鳥取駅、バスターミナル、百貨店にも接続していて非常に立地条件が良いです。 両親の故郷でも有り、戦時中に疎開でお世話になった事も有り鳥取県は心の故郷です。 又次回もニューオータニホテルにお世話になりたいです。

多分、鳥取市内では1・2を争う老舗ホテルだと思います。しかし古いのでホテルのハードはリノベーションをしないと厳しい状況だと思います。ホテルの質はソフト(ホテルマンとサービス)で決まりますが、その意味では十分満足されると思います。

朝食ビュッフェの種類の少なさ、従業員の対応がビジネスホテル並みだった。 設備の老朽化も目立った。 でも、味はまあまあ良かった。 ホテル敷地内の駐車場が狭く、玄関先に停めれば、近隣駐車場に移動してくれる親切なスタッフもいたが、同じサービスをしてくれないスタッフもいた。 第二駐車場も満車で、タワーパーキングの上の階まで停めに行くのが面倒だった。

砂丘訪問のために前泊
山陰旅行で翌日、鳥取砂丘を方訪問する為、宿泊しました。部屋はシングルでも広めで快適ですが、窓からは建物の壁で見晴らしは良くないが全然問題なし。隣りに大丸があり、駅も近いので食べ物等の買い出しには困りません。朝食のバイキングもおいしかったです。
