Ortsangemessene Unterkunft
Im Rahmen unseres Sommerurlaubs haben wir die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig angemietet. Der Prozess der Schlüsselübergabe war innerhalb von 30 min vor Ankunft zu erledigen. Anfänglich etwas geschockt haben wir uns schnell eingelebt. Insgesamt eine ortsbezogen gute Unterkunft. Die Parksituation ist mühsam, da es vorwiegend nur Parkplätze am Seitenstreifen gibt und diese sehr rar sind. Fußläufig erreicht man bis zu 4 Supermärkte. Die beste Pizza gibt es direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Bis zur Oberstadt sind es ca 2 km. Diese kann man gut zu Fuß gehen. Der Strand "Plaque du Mourillion" ist ca 3,5 km entfernt. Dort sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Strandabschnitt ist sauber und sehr schön angelegt. Ausflugsziele innerhalb von Toulon sollte man definitiv wahrnehmen, vor allem ein Besuch des Mont Faron mit der Seilbahn ist ein Muss. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich noch öfter.

Estafa/ arnaque/fraud
La experiencia fue nefasta... Un día antes de llegar me llamo el agente inmobiliario para preguntarme a qué hora llegaría , le dije que si les iba bien sobre las 14h y me dijeron que eso tenía un cargo de bastante elevado, la primera vez que me ocurre en seis años que llevo alquilando pisos vacacionales, me quedé atónita!. Así pues, les pregunté que a qué hora no tenía coste y me dijeron que a partir de las 18h , entonces decidí hacer la entrada a esa hora, puesto que me parecía un abuso. Por otro lado , me comentaron que había que dejar un depósito de prácticamente de la misma cantidad del alquiler y que cómo quería abonarlo, si en tarjeta o en efectivo, les pregunté si había alguna diferencia y me dijeron que si lo abonaba en efectivo tendría que pagar tasas, empecé a no dar crédito!, y en vista de la situación lo aboné con la tarjeta, lo curioso es que me lo cobraron un día antes de la llegada, una vez más jamás me había ocurrido eso... Al día siguiente fuimos a las 18h como habíamos acordado, curiosamente, en la descripción del apartamento no aparecía nada , en el anuncio solo se veían los servicios que ofrecían pero ningún texto descriptivo de las condiciones de la vivienda. En los servicios aparecía que admitían mascotas pero nada más. Pues ahí estaba la trampa, el anuncio tiene veinticinco fotos y justo en la última aparecía que las mascotas tenían un coste adicional, claro cuando reservas un apartamento normalmente ojeas lo que te interesa, si las camas son de matrimonio, si tiene aire acondicionado, etc... Normalmente no haces un macro análisis de la vivienda o del anuncio ya que vas unos días de vacaciones. Pues finalmente me han descontado un tercio del depósito , porque llegué con un Chihuhua, se supone que una parte fue por el perro y el resto porque una cama se partió por la mitad. En cuanto a la vivienda , todas las camas y sillas, mesas, están a punto de romperse, son de una pésima calidad, así que mucho cuidado!!!!, y por no hablar del barrio, súper peligroso, no recomiendo que os paséis más tarde de 21h y hablo muy en serio. En fin esa es mi experiencia y valoración.
