Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec des petits cadeaux d’accueil bien sympathiques. Studio très confortable avec des prestations de qualité. De plus la situation est idéale dans les pins et tout près de la mer. La bicyclette laissée à disposition est idéale pour aller chercher son pain et se promener.

Pratique commerciale Abritel étonnante ...
Je conseille vivement cette location, le studio est très bien agencé, présente toutes les commodités utiles en vacances et il se trouve à deux pas de la plage de la Capte endroit idéal pour la baignade en particulier avec des enfants. Le propriétaire des lieux est aux petits soins et disponible pour répondre à toutes vos questions. En revanche je suis particulièrement étonnée de recevoir un message du site Abritel m'indiquant que le propriétaire a laissé une appréciation me concernant mais que je ne pourrai consulter que lorsque j'aurai moi même rédigé une évaluation de mon séjour.... je ne trouve pas cela très" transparent" comme attitude.

Cela a beau être notre troisième séjour dans ce logement, nous en sommes toujours aussi ravis!! Il est parfaitement situé, dans une ruelle calme à deux pas de la plage et du village de La Capte! Très pratique, notamment pour les jeunes enfants! Entièrement équipé (y compris lave vaisselle et lave linge), vous trouverez dans ce studio tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer une semaine parfaite! Satisfaction garantie! L'aménagement a été très bien pensé jusque dans ces moindres détails (douche extérieure pour les retours de plage, parasol et tancarville à disposition) et nous avons même eu droit à des petits cadeaux! Rien à redire, nous recommandons ce studio à 100% et nous reviendrons sans faute! Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité!

Tout était absolument parfait. L'equipement du studio, sa localisation (petit lotissement calme à deux pas de la mer, proche des commerces de proximité type boulangerie epicerie bar resto...), la disponibilité et les attentions (bouteille de vin et de biére à l'arrivée) du propriétaire... De plus l'endroit regorge de belles choses à faire et à voir. Nous avons passé un sejour à la hauteur de notre ésperance. Nous recommandons à 100% et reviendront avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez M. Miquel avec qui nous avons eu de bons contacts, très attentif aux besoins de ses locataires. Un petit présent à notre arrivée a été très apprécié. quant à la location nous sommes enchantés, tout confort, très propre, literie confortable, rien ne manque. la plage de sable fin est à 50m et de nombreuses balades s'offrent à nous l'Ile de Porquerolles par exemple est superbe. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons dès que possible.
