Bel appartement à Ponts Jumeaux, proche TEC + centre-ville
Très beau pied-à-terre pour passer quelques jours dans la ville rose. Une étoile manquante cependant en raison d'un point de la procédure mise en place par Welkeys (la conciergerie qui s'occupe de l'accueil) faisant appel à un prestataire tiers pour la caution : Swikly. Si je peux comprendre que les loueurs souhaitent sécuriser la disponibilité de la caution en faisant appel à un prestataire dédié plutôt qu'aux plateformes généralistes, j'ai en revanche du mal avec le débit contraint (= paiement du service par le locataire plutôt que par le loueur ?) imposé par Swikly la veille de l'arrivée. A noter que ce n'est pas le montant (5,72€) qui me pose souci, mais le principe. A moins que ce montant ne corresponde aux taxes de séjour ? (5,72=1,43 x 4 nuits ?) mais il serait alors de bon ton que le message de Welkeys et/ou celui de Swikly le précise. Ma note sera révisable sur éclaircissement de ce débit, d'autant que la procédure d'arrivée, l'amabilité et les informations fournies par la concierge lors de celle-ci sont, pour leur part, excellentes :)
