Enjoy our nice house : calm, confortable and well-equiped. Small terrasse, near center of town.
There is a confortable double bed and a futon that can be installed as an additional bed for 2 more people. The bathroom is big with shower, toilet and cupboard. The kitchen has an oven, a microwave, a stove and an american-style fridge/freezer.
You can have a swim in the swimming pool in summer!
This house is at the bottom of our garden where you might run into our cat. Alergics beware...

Comfortable and well equipped.
W e had a very pleasant stay. Laura and Bastien were very friendly and helpful. They made us most welcome. The property is well equipped. It is a bit out of the way and would be hard to find without a GPS.

Propre avec toutes les commodités, appareils ménagers et wi-fi
Tel que les photos, endroit propre et tranquille. Nos hôtes Laura et Bastien sont bien gentils et accueillants. Nous avons passé un très agréable et long séjour. Le centre ville est un peu loin mais avec le métro facilement accessible. Nous recommandons cette petite maisonnette à nos amis québécois et français.

A cosy, quiet home-from-home with fast access to city centre – and great hosts!
Bastien and Laura could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. Their little guest house is cosy and well-equipped and feels very private with its own patio area. The Christmas touches they had added to the place (we stayed in December) were a lovely idea. The street is quiet but with access to major roads. There’s a metro station (just three stops from the centre of Toulouse) and food shops a 10-minute walk away plus a lovely big park with amazing views across the city very close by. Excellent place, highly recommended!

La maisonette correspond à la description et aux photos. Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé, je confirme que la chatte passe régulièrement en visite pour le plus grand plaisir de notre fils . Bastien est resté disponible tout au long de notre séjour ( et même après 😉) . Un bon moment tout en tranquillité . Un super rapport qualité /prix. N’hésitez pas

Le logement est très bien équipé...il y a tout et lorsqu'il vous manque quelque chose Bastien remédie rapidement au problème. La piscine est super et accessible à tout moment. L'emplacement géographique est idéal. On est dans Toulouse mais en bordure. Pour les joggers c'est idéal. Vous avez des parcours de 10km dans la ville en accès rapide. Quant aux hôtes...nous avons été ravis de sejourner chez eux. C est ambiance famille, 3 générations rassemblées...des gens charmants et tres gentils qui ont le sens de l'accueil. Nous avons été ravis de trouver la petite pépite de Toulouse...

Location calme et très bien située à moins de un quart d'heure du métro pour rejoindre le centre de Toulouse. La maison est conforme aux photos et bien équipée. La piscine est un vrai plus. Nous avons des commentaires sur plusieurs points 1) positifs : -les propriétaires nous ont bien accueillis et sont agréables et souples pour les horaires. - la location est bien placée pour visiter Toulouse. - le stationnement est facile 2) négatifs : - problémes d'entretien de l'électroménager ( lave vaisselle bouché...) plaque vitro-céramique fêlée mais signalée par nos soins.... - il manque des tables de chevet pour le lit - le ballon eau chaude est petit et pose certains problémes si nous prenons des douches à deux adultes après une vaisselle manuelle. - l'aménagement extérieur est obsoléte aves des bancs rouillés surannés et mériterait un nettoyage approfondi jardin. - les volets en fer sont rouillés et ne peuvent plus se fermer (intimité) - la vaisselle et le frigo avant l'arrivée des clients doit être vérifiée et propres et non grasse. - nous n'avons pas pu disposer de la piscine qui était en nettoyage
