Indifferent staff that can't be bothered to explain billing charges, build quality so shoddy you can hear normal volume conversations ABOVE you and see daylight between the elevator doors, and cleaning staff so lazy that wiping up a puddle in my bathroom resulted in the towel turning brown with dirt. Heat/AC only works if you are in the space moving around so, even in October, both stepping out for a few hours and not moving enough in your sleep to be detected by the sensor result in a frigid room - I can't imagine what January is like. At these rates, you should receive a quality experience but they are simply taking advantage of business travelers. Leisure travelers, avoid at all costs. I know there aren't many options in this town but this is one of the worst values.

Hotel is very new and has many amenities including up to date technology. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms were very clean. I particularly loved the closet with the elf’s closet system and on demand lighting!

Very smart and clean. Good decor. Handy for travelers and downtown restaurants. Would suggest a better definition of front door. I walked over to where a couple were sitting and it turns out that door is locked. I would also suggest a luggage rack for the room. With white bedspreads I didn't want to put my suitcase on the bed so I left it on the floor. The closet is set up very well but a luggage rack would be helpful. The woman at the front desk was a bit put out when I asked to switch rooms. I did not want a room next to the elevator and hadn't even gone in the room so I asked for another room. She was a bit miffed but ultimately found me another room which was great.

Lindsay, at the front desk, was so friendly! I was also impressed by the breakfast attendant in the morning; there was a blind guest and she helped him get his entire breakfast on top of keeping up with other guests needs! Top notch customer service all around!

The only problem was when I booked we had another couple going things came up last minute and they canceled. I was charged extra for the forth person through and the hotel could not do anything about it as I booked through a third party.

The hotel is nice. There was a lot of loud traffic noise and explosions? I don’t believe they were fireworks. The sounds were too far apart. Maybe the mining or excavating around? But this went on all through the night. We didn’t sleep very much in our two night stay. There were 5 of us in 2 rooms. Small children. . Even though it’s “extended stay” some fresh towels would’ve been nice.
