I just returned to Australia and it feels reminiscent of my time in Europe. While the high-end European dining experience is certainly unique, I found the requirement to book a seat just to order a drink to be a bit excessive. Additionally, being informed that this would be a one-hour limit was unexpected. The meals and drinks are on the pricier side, but if you're looking for a memorable dining experience, it's worth considering.

Staff were lovely, however we had booked an ocean view room so we could sit on the balcony with wine and cheese and look at the ocean...which we couldnt do as we were given a first floor room with a solid wall around the balcony. Sound was also a concern, we could hear everything little noise from rooms around us.
